In the month of September, keep moving this lockdown with our MVRX TRAINING online program. Our online program provides 4 daily workouts to choose from, which includes; equipment, minimal equipment, body weight and aerobic capacity (running). As well as, weekly nutrition plan and recipes, to keep you fueled with wholesome foods.
Our aim is to help people of all fitness levels, improve their quality of life, through the foundations of functional fitness and nutrition. Your fitness and health journey begins here.
Our Classes offer a combination of constantly varied functional movements that incorporate aspects of; cardio, strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, agility, balance, and more. Our program, caters to all individuals no matter what age or fitness level.
